Terrance was very nice, but that’s where the positives end. The property looks like a dark Tuscan villa that hasn’t been maintained. The floors were filthy, several lights were out, and the room wasn’t very clean. The “continental breakfast” doesn’t exist, and there’s no housekeeping. The TV in the bedroom didn’t work, the dishwasher doesn’t clean dishes, and the walls need paint. If the owners invested in updates, this could be a real gem — but as it is now, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Kitchen was minimally furnished for cooking, but we didn’t cook so no problem. Staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. The rooftop bar/restaurant was average at best, so can’t recommend it.
