The manager Shanen is so amazing! I call with a last minute request and she was so nice and accommodating. The desk agents were so incredibly kind and helpful as well, heather and Kaylin. The views from our balcony was wonderful. We enjoyed the room with a separate bedroom. Very spacious. The restaurant had tasty food and we had a really good dinner and good service. The highlight was the excellent, welcoming check in with Gabe. He was personable, we genuinely felt welcomed and I immediately told him he stood out amongst the many check in experiences I've ever had. He deserved recognition.
