  THIS…. This is absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever endured staying at a hotel. The receptionist acted like he was miserable being there, which I imagine I wouldn’t blame him. We checked in to the room and soon as I turned the light on a roach ran across the bed. NO NO NO! I immediately left. The outside surrounding area was sketchy as hell! Hilton? You are better than this!

  Pros- bagel bar, proximity to Solomon Tract of the SNF, proximity to highway, accommodating staff, beds, ample off the floor not in a drawer storage Cons- Musty Smells, noisy appliances, broken items, non functional cardio equipment, expired elevator inspection Where to begin? The bagel bar bumped my rating up to a 4. It had oatmeal, yogurt, muffins, bagels, juices galore, hard boiled eggs, bagel toppings, cereal and milk, oatmeal and yogurt toppings… I don’t do coffee but that looked stocked too. Our TV didn’t work so they offered to move us. In our next room, we didn’t have hot water. None. I didn’t realize until I went to take a shower. It was late by then so I used the shower in our second room we had booked. I’m sure if I had asked, they would have offered a discount or another move. Staff was willing to work with us. I recommend checking the toilet, AC, TV and water prior to unpacking. Beds were nice. I unplugged the fridge bc it sounded haunted. The AC sounded like an EV starting and driving every time it turned on. Without it at 65, it smelled like wet dog. I did not see any roaches that other reviews reported. There were wireless charging ports. The desk rolled out to double the size. Ample places for off the ground storage of items. I recommend even numbers bc they are in the back away from the road and truck facility. And ask if your room has a security spotlight on it. Those looked brutally bright. Overall…. I would stay again, but I would fully check my room and not be afraid to move a few times. If you have allergies, STAY AWAY!!!! Or double up on your meds.
