    Showed up to check in at 5 PM first thing I do is turn on the AC and fall asleep. Wake up at midnight because I was traveling all day to finally take my shower to go back to sleep for work tomorrow. Notice the room is hotter somehow looked at the AC controller and the room was hotter somehow with the AC being on full blast then I went to go take my hot shower and surprise no hot water so I called in those two issues and said I need to move rooms. They said we’ll move your rooms tomorrow. Then they move me to a new room where the heater doesn’t work and it’s only AC so it’s freezing cold not a problem, but I would also like to be able to use the heater IN NOVEMBER WHEN ITS 40 DEGREES OUTSIDE so I called that in and they said they’re sending up an engineer. It was a security guard that did nothing so I called in again and said I need a refund because you guys are using my money without giving me the service I requested and inadequate service does not deserve payment. They said we’re not gonna give you a refund but we will move you a third time I said no so I called corporate because I am on a Honeywell business trip and Hilton Gold member so there is no way I’m having Honeywell pay for inadequate service which will later get me in trouble. Corporate says the manager of the hotel said they fixed all my issues and they gave me a room with a working HVAC, clearly the manager lied so I told corporate to elevate this, corporate made a case against them and is going to request a refund. Hopefully, I get the refund, you have been warned to stay away from this hotel. It sucks and so do the employees UPDATE AFTER HILTON LEFT THE REPLY BELOW: you did not have this attitude when I was trying to solve it while I was there but now you want to look like you are trying to solve in order to save face with potential new customers. Not cool at all.
