    I am very disappointed at the customer service at this hotel. A lady name Anguita she has an Indian accent she was very rude. When I was explaining her my situation and asking for her help with my reservation she kept talking to me in a very rude way saying things like “yeah yeah whatever , I don’t care,” she hang up on me , ignoring my request or needs as a guest. I could also her her talking to another guest telling him “what do you want” like very unprofessional. I ask to speak to a supervisor and she decided to hang up on me. I will for sure will not be staying in this hotel never if you want to be treated in a horrible way I suggest you don’t stay here.

    MOLD, MILDEW I travel often for work and personal trips and have stayed at many Hilton hotels worldwide. Unfortunately, my recent stay at Home2 Suites in Norcross, GA, was far below Hilton’s usual standards. I specifically chose this location because I needed a kitchen and trusted the positive reviews. However, the room had a strong unpleasant odor from the moment we opened the door—a mix of mildew, mold, and something else. The sofa, desk chair, and carpet were all stained, and the bathroom had clear water damage, with the door and walls deteriorating. Traveling with an elderly person and arriving after 10 p.m. made switching rooms unrealistic. To make things worse, each afternoon the lobby was mopped with an overpowering chemical cleaner so strong it was hard to stay inside—staff even stepped outside after the process. This property’s cleanliness, maintenance, and overall upkeep do not reflect the quality Hilton is known for. Disappointing experience that makes me hesitant to stay at Hilton’s extended-stay brands again.
