I stayed in room 231. CONS: - I was severely bitten all over from my chin to my knees by something in the bed. I have oozing painful bites all over. - The couch was badly stained. - The toilet seat was extremely loose - The TV was outdated and discolored - The bed felt like a wooden pallet PROS: - The check-in process was smooth & quick. - The entrance and the hallways smelled really good. - The room’s kitchen was fully stocked - Lots of towels - Location is convenient Just off of being severely bitten, I would not recommend.

Stayed in room 223. It had an overwhelming smell of college dorm room; basically a strong sweat odor. Floors were stained but I only paid $110 per night. I pushed through it to not be overly dramatic. On the 7th day, expecting my room to hopefully be cleaned, not only was the room not tidied up, housekeeping left my DOOR OPEN. I returned to my room to find the deadbolt extended keeping the room unlocked. I asked for a new room and the desk agent obliged. The new room was actually cleaned and functional on the 3rd floor. I’m quite surprised that this hotel has maintained their accreditation with Hilton as this is by far the most unpleasant stay that I have had at a partner facility. The breakfast was nice and the staff overall were friendly albeit not competent to run a hotel. I do not recommend.

My family stayed December 18 going to Florida from Ohio and coming back home on January 2, 2026. On the return trip our accommodations were significantly less than anticipated. It was at the least extremely disconcerting. The front desk manager was extremely accommodating and rescued us from was amounting to be a challenging situation. There is nothing worst than driving 10 hours and ending up with inferior lodging. Bravo to that manager Vince Davis

I travel a lot business wise & Home2 Suites is always my first choice. This site is nice, but it would be nice to see the staff/management take more pride in their location. Example: use an extractor to remove stains from the couches. Replace the chair at the desk that the arm rest has been damaged to a point the cushion is exposed. The cleaning staff to be mindful that not all guest are checking out & to be mindful that some guest are still asleep at 10am.

This is a nice safe location with a pool, breakfast 6 am to 8 am, a business center, fitness center and a outdoor fireplace. The rooms were nice and had plenty of space for two people. The kitchen in the room is nice with dishes, a dishwasher, and a medium size fridge. It also had a coffee maker, paper towels and a microwave. The staff was pleasant. The thermostat was not connected to the PTAC per Hilton standards. I would definitely recommend and stay again.
