    I stayed at this hotel last weekend for a wedding and had a genuinely great experience. The hotel itself is cute, cozy, and exactly what you need. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and nothing felt lacking. I really enjoyed the continental breakfast—true U.S. style—and the make-your-own waffle station was a highlight (even after I messed up the first waffle 😅). The staff was patient and kind, helping me get it right. The location was also super convenient—close to shopping like Burlington and TJ Maxx and within easy walking distance to Morrow Hall and other nearby hotels. What truly made my stay special, though, was LaToya Ducksworth. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel like family. She was informative, warm, and went above and beyond every time I spoke with her. She even sang a gospel song that instantly put me at ease—something I’ll never forget. LaToya’s energy, kindness, and care made me feel safe and at home. Thank you, LaToya. You are seen, appreciated, and unforgettable.

    The hotel Staff were all great, when first checked in the room that was assigned to us had a broken door, the desk staff came and took pictures of the door and moved us to another room. the breakfast was great also. when I left and go home and checked by credit card statement there were two charges one for 25.00 and one for 50.00 Dollars when I called to see what the charges were the lady that answered stated it was for the dogs. I tried to explain that my dogs are services animals, she stated I would have to show proof that they were service animals, however if staff knows about services animals and the Federal regulations there are two questions that should have been asked and they were never asked. I tried to call the manager and as of this review no response. I checked in on a Wednesday and Checked out on Saturday my room was never cleaned, however towels were replaced but no room cleaning.

    My main issue with this hotel, is the toilet seat is extremely low to the ground to the point I would have issues getting up off it.
