Chuck was outstanding, he went above and beyond to fix an error from his co workers. He even followed up the next day. He turned my stay into a good one.

Our room was clean & well fitted with amenities. However, we had a handicapped room that had a regular toilet with NO RAILS near it & a generous sized shower stall with one vertical bar & no horizontal bar & NO BENCH OR SEAT in the shower. How do you expect an 85 year old woman to live in this room? The young man at the front desk said they didn't have shower chairs or stools. Would not have stayed here if we had known this. Sadly this is not the standard of service that I have grown to expect with the Hilton brand.

We arrived around 10:30pm and got a handicapped room. The next morning I realized the 'handicapped' equipment consisted of one grab bar in the shower. I went to the front desk and asked for a shower stool and the young man repeated Shower Stool? He had no idea what I was asking for. I can't believe that a hotel that has 4 or 5 handicapped parking spaces, never has handicapped customers that would need a shower stool. I improvised and used my cube cooler and it worked fine.

Very disappointed with our stay. As soon as we checked in, we noticed a large cockroach in the room completely unacceptable for a hotel of this brand. To make matters worse, the front desk lady was extremely rude and unhelpful.

Really disappointed in my stay After driving 12hrs..When checking in I was not greeted in a friendly manner, more like treated as an inconvenience. Not only did I not receive the room I paid for which was a king, but ended up with a queen which was terribly uncomfortable. The bedding was old dingy and yellow from age. The pillows had a horrible smell in which I ended up using my coat as a pillow. Cleanliness is not a priority here. The bathroom was gross. Had to use flipflops to step into the shower. You could tell cleaning supplies and a magic eraser had never been heard of. The pubic hair on the shower walls, floor and toilet seat must have been a bonus. The best part was not getting any sleep at all. Between the person running laps above me while wearing monster truck boots and hearing doors slam all night, Needless to say I ended up not staying the days in which was planned. I checked out first thing in the morning as soon as I saw daylight Literally couldn't get out of there fast enough!!!
