I took a shower ( & I should have looked) and there wasn’t a bath towel in sight. 3 hand towels and 2 washcloths. Additionally the products ( lotion, etc.) were completely empty. When I spoke to the front desk, the young lady said I could come get it. Ummm no. I said I have another piece of feedback- the products were empty. She said she’d let housekeeping know. Not a single thread of apology nor acknowledgment. Not like Hilton at all. I hope they receive this feedback and commit to retraining and expectations are set forth to staff. Lots of trash in the entrance- I know that should of been my first flag… traveling and I was tired. Just wanted to sleep .

This place was ideal location wise only 35 minutes from the city and great for families with kids. I was starting with my baby and having a full size fridge, stove to warm up my baby's milk and full stocked cabinets with plates, cups, and silverware was great for reheating takeout. Don't expect the housekeeping staff to visit everyday they come every other day but that's by design which was ok for us. Free hot breakfast every morning was great! 10/10

- LMLukas MetzlerOct 27, 20255.0Excellent stay. Hotel was new and clean. Gym was nice. Jordan at the front desk was professional, welcoming, and very helpful. I forgot my toothpaste and he was quick to provide some at no charge. This is one of the higher teir Homewood locations.
