The staff couldn't provide a pack n play for our daughter to sleep in because "we're renovating and they threw them all out". Completely unacceptable and the front desk didn't try to offer any solution. I ended up having to go to target 5 minutes before closing to buy a pack n play so that our daughter could sleep safely. The bed was small and uncomfortable and the bathroom was old with a light that worked inconsistently. Definitely not up to the usual Home2 Suites standard we're used to.

Cleanliness Issues: Linens, sheets, towels, and washcloths were dingy and appeared dirty Items seemed used rather than freshly laundered The room had a persistent musty odor (possibly from old carpeting or a dirty AC filter) Maintenance Concerns: Visible water stains on the ceiling Poor paint touch-ups with mismatched colors showing obvious discoloration Dark, poorly lit hallways that felt unwelcoming Overall property appears neglected Overall Impression: The lack of proper maintenance made this property feel more like a budget extended-stay motel than a Hilton-brand hotel. Both the room and common areas need significant attention to meet basic quality standards

The Second Room 303 Bathroom Toilet Was Nasty , But Instead Of Complaining I Had Clorox Wipes I Just Cleaned It ! The Second Day I Checked Into A New Room Same Thing Bathroom Was Nasty ( I Cant Remember The Room ) So I Had To Move Rooms , This Particular Room 119 Was Clean But You Could Tell Someone Stayed In There Bc It’s A Sinkhole In One Spot Of The Mattress !

When I requested the change they said they didn’t have anymore. I then requested a refund of the price difference for the room and I was promised this would happen. It did not. So we slept in a room that couldn’t accommodate our needs and got ripped off. Added they had a dog that barked all night off and on and allowed teenagers to loiter and yell till 2AM outside the hotel. WILL NEVER book or stay with them in any city now.
