    I had to last minute get a hotel. I found this through my Hilton Honors app. While checking in we were greeted by Troy, the assistant GM. He was very kind, helpful and shared about the wonderful things that this hotel is doing with their renovations. I just want to shine light on his excellent customer service because it was above and beyond! Thanks Troy!

    Really disappointed in our experience at this Home2 Suites. The staff couldn't provide a pack n play for our daughter to sleep in because "we're renovating and they threw them all out". Completely unacceptable and the front desk didn't try to offer any solution. I ended up having to go to target 5 minutes before closing to buy a pack n play so that our daughter could sleep safely. The bed was small and uncomfortable and the bathroom was old with a light that worked inconsistently. Definitely not up to the usual Home2 Suites standard we're used to.

    First Time at Home2 Suites - Disappointed This was my first stay at this Home2 Suites location, and unfortunately, it fell far short of the Hilton standards my family and I have come to expect over the years. Cleanliness Issues: Linens, sheets, towels, and washcloths were dingy and appeared dirty Items seemed used rather than freshly laundered The room had a persistent musty odor (possibly from old carpeting or a dirty AC filter) Maintenance Concerns: Visible water stains on the ceiling Poor paint touch-ups with mismatched colors showing obvious discoloration Dark, poorly lit hallways that felt unwelcoming Overall property appears neglected Overall Impression: The lack of proper maintenance made this property feel more like a budget extended-stay motel than a Hilton-brand hotel. Both the room and common areas need significant attention to meet basic quality standards
