The room was very clean, the breakfast was enjoyable and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We look forward to our return visit.
- JTjessica thompson2 days ago5.0Made a reservation here only to realize later that a couple of changes needed to be made to make the upcoming stay a good fit for our family. Called the hotel and spoke with Life and she assured me that the changes needed could be accommodated, no problem. Contacted the hotel again a couple weeks later and Life remembered our conversation from the first call, and confirmed that we are all set for our upcoming stay. To be fair to the review process, we have not yet stayed at this hotel but during the holidays when things can be stressful, knowing that there people like Life working in the industry that will take the time to hear your concerns and go out of their way to make sure that they do what they can is more than great customer service, it’s a priceless blessing. Thank you, Life! Peacefully looking forward to our stay, thanks to you!!

The wifi was very slow. The room was clean but smelled so horrible that it was very difficult to stay there. If I'd had any other options I would have left.
- LBL BSep 25, 20251.0Beware- this hotel has BED BUGS! I came in with no bites and left with a million painful bed bug bites on me and my mom. They were all on my feet, legs, inner thighs, hands and forehead!!! My mom had them all on arms and legs and they are INDENIAL about it and refuse to show empathy or reimburse us for the pain and suffering from their nasty hotel room with bed bugs.
