However, the experience at Hilton Garden Inn in McDonough was so positive, I wanted to share. The location is great, many restaurants, stores and its convenient to I 75. The hotel is clean and well kept. What makes this hotel great is the customer service they provide. The front desk was friendly and helpful, while the staff at the restaurant were amazing. Paula greeted me every morning at breakfast with a smile and upbeat attitude. It was a pleasure having meals at this hotel. You have earned a repeat customer moving forward when my travel takes near McDonough. Keep up the good work!

Called the hotel and spoke with Life and she assured me that the changes needed could be accommodated, no problem. Contacted the hotel again a couple weeks later and Life remembered our conversation from the first call, and confirmed that we are all set for our upcoming stay. To be fair to the review process, we have not yet stayed at this hotel but during the holidays when things can be stressful, knowing that there people like Life working in the industry that will take the time to hear your concerns and go out of their way to make sure that they do what they can is more than great customer service, it’s a priceless blessing. Thank you, Life! Peacefully looking forward to our stay, thanks to you!!
