The team working all parts of the hotel were friendly and attentive, even when we checked in at 10 pm with two kids. Not sure how old this hotel is but it felt like new!
- TTTBDec 10, 20251.0BEWARE - DO NOT STAY HERE!!! And before you (Hampton Inn) respond saying you can't locate my information, I didn't stay here, my family who came down for Thanksgiving did. We recently moved into our new home and was excited to host Thanksgiving this year but our house couldn't hold everyone. So, 3 of our relatives got a room at the HI. Long story short, my cousin secured the room on her credit card prior to them getting here. When they walked in the hotel it was a lady with blue hair and a guy at the front desk. Literally, as soon as they got in their room someone called saying they were from the hotel and threatened to have police escort my family (cousin and 2 aunts) out of the room if she didn't pay an additional $250; claiming there was some type of oversight. The details of how the lady was able to scam my cousin out of her money are too long but she was very convincing and the threat of having them removed alarmed them all. My cousin reluctantly paid the money then went down to the front desk bc she was extremely skeptical. The lady who was at the front desk was no longer there, only the guy. He told my cousin that there was an ongoing scam at that particular hotel and that she should have been informed about it. But of course no one said anything about patrons being scammed. So now this lady has mysteriously vanished and they did not see her anymore the entire 4 night stay. This wasn't done by some 3rd party scammers this was clearly internal. My cousin contacted their corporate office and they offered her a free night stay and an apology. She also reported the incident to the BBB. Needless to say this put a damper on things bc we have a special dislike for scam artists. There out to be a special hell for them. And sadly the hotel's highest office refused to make things right by refunding my cousin her money. Please avoid this hotel and stay at one of the many other hotels in the area.

They didn’t clean my room one time the 4 days I stayed! I reported everything to headquarters and they said to go to by bank and they would give me a free night! UNACCEPTABLE!! I went to the BBB and reported them and I will continue going up the ladder until this is resolved! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!
- MJMike JanikowskiNov 28, 20252.0They charged my card before I even checked in!!!! About an hour before I checked in I got an alert that my card was charged by Hampton Inn. So I guess this is just me helping others to make sure that you’re booking the reservation under a card that you want charged. I wanted to change it when I got to the hotel but obviously it was too late. I also heard EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE since I checked in. Doors slamming, people talking, people trying to plug in things in the next room, footsteps, snoring, and highway traffic! you name it, you can hear it. It’s a place to lay your head but if you can find ANYWHERE else I would recommend not staying here!
