I'm very disappointed....the staff are Liars,and not truthful at all. I have a medical condition and was charged $250 for smoking! I DONOT SMOKE OR DRINK!! My Company card has been charged for smoking? If there was smoke in the room why No Alarm went off ?? Isn't that an safety issue? I checked out early in the morning...i was told by front desk that the maintenance man checked the room and smelled smoke at noon time!
I'm very disappointed with this hotel...my company book hotels at least 4-5 times a week,and this is the first time this Con artist,fraudulent lie been told on me. I'm very upset,and disappointed that people will go to this extent! Be honest!! People jobs could be at risk!
Theres nobody higher than the site manager i can talk to,and instead of hearing me out..she automatically defends her employees;without hearing me out. Me or my Company will never book Home2Suites again!! Foul experience!

I would like to take the time to personally thank the staff of this business. These wonderful people deserve special mention on our family's special trip of great service, smiles and a Floridian young lady who we did bond with. 😊The staff was very kind and the smiles endless. The breakfast was on time and we appreciate you all. Oh the apple too, you know🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. These are the staff that deserve a honorable mention. Keep up the great work. Mariah, Kiyanah, and Jessie.
