Excellent location, convenient to a huge mall and Medieval Times. The King room was very spacious including the bathroom. We had adjoining rooms and that worked out great for us. The beds were good and everyone slept well. We enjoyed our stay.

I chose this Hotel on Expedia. I really liked it, clean to my taste, I loved no carpet on the floors, the pillows were not comfortable for me. Also I noticed the walls were thin, I could hear loud noise, man coughing. I know its not a luxurious hotel, but the availability of TV options are slim, it would be great to add more options.
The breakfast was good, coffee surprisingly good. Relaxing dining area. The workers kept it really clean. The location was very good, the mall was feet away, with lots of stores, entertainment for kids & teens. Restaurants very close. I didn't like the fact when I checked in front desk clerk said their was a $100 deposit.
Yes it will be refunded, but that should be stated upon booking the room. What if I didn't have it 😳
PS: I like this Hotel, I guess Im weird, I love being on the I85 side of the hotel, not noisy for me 😊

Small rooms but if you need somewhere to rest then it’s ok for that. They have breakfast but it isn’t good weird shiny pancakes and other stuff not worth eating so grab a banana.

I booked a reservation for two nights on a government rate. Due to an emergency, I had to shorten my stay to one night. After being told by the front desk that I would be charged for just one night, I was charged for two. Special rate or not, people should not be charged for nights they don't stay. The hotel was not sold out. There was no inconvenience by me leaving early. In my profession, I have to be flexible. Plans are subject to change. I would not recommend this hotel due to their inability to be flexible with changes in plans.

I’m giving this hotel a well-deserved 5 stars! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The property was exceptionally clean, the location was perfect, and parking was convenient and stress-free.
What truly stood out most, though, was the customer service. I’ve stayed at this location twice within three weeks, and the service was amazing both times!
A special thank you to Shandi and Anne for going above and beyond to make my stays so pleasant. Their hospitality made all the difference. I will absolutely continue to recommend and return!
