I liked being able to use the app to get into my room bc of course at some point I left my key card in the room and was locked out. I liked the ease of being able to do a early checking. The heating unit probably needs to be looked at in room 329. I was not a fan of how it sounded coming on. It definitely kept waking me up throughout the night. And the store is crazy expensive. Because I was being lazy and didnt wanna go outside. I just purchased two waters and a bag of chips from the hotel store. That was 16.00. The water(smartwater size 33.8fl oz) was 6.00. The cheetoes were 4.00.

The breakfast quality was well below the Hilton standard, more akin to budget motels, and the business center was not operational, which was a significant inconvenience. It’s important for Hilton to maintain the high standard they’re known for, especially for guests dealing with difficult situations. I hope Hilton steps up and restores the quality that sets them apart, or else they risk falling behind competitors like Marriott.
