She spoke to me like she cared about us guest. My husband and I loved the location! Close to family, the mall, and plenty of shopping centers. The rooms are a little old fashioned but doesn’t mean they weren’t clean. I recommend staying at this welcoming hotel!

This hotel is close to family that we were visiting. With all that noted we booked hotel prior to our visit started our day at 3am traveling check in was at 4pm,Very long day no time once there to look for another site,tired and wanted to rest! Disappointing to go get your towel,washcloths daily. Used towels accumulated in bathroom floor,along with trash not being emptied. While staff at the desk were polite..non existent service but no reduction in PRICING. All of us who work or have worked in the service industry all staff cannot have the holiday and days after off! You are providing a service 24/7 . The minimum of staff need to be available vital function at least( blitz restocking of towels and washcloths tempting of trash daily..) While I have here before will seek different lodging in the future.
