We got in really early in the morning, so we didn't notice until we woke up. The front desk was prompt but the whole thing was unplugged and there was no way that we could have reached it as guests. Not sure who dropped the ball there. Rooms should be ready to go when guests arrive, especially when you pay full price for not even staying a full night. No discount was given for our troubles.

Supposed to clean the rooms every other day, but if on a day they are supposed clean room you have off and put your do not disturb out, you wont get service again until you ask for it. Not very clean hotel either. Final straw was when I went down at 0515 to get my morning coffee. Hateful old woman told me she didn't have time to make coffee, she was busy making breakfast. Had all the coffee dispensers gone, but was not making any she said. This was on friday morning 11/14/25. 10 minutes ago.. wont stay here again and will be notifying Hilton Honors as well.

The bathroom was not clean at all. 10yrs worth of hair in the drain, toilet nasty, chair stained really bad, wouldnt dare sit on it,carpet stained bad, floors not completely swept, brown stains on the wall, hair in the sheets and stained. It was just not a pleasant experience for me at all. I felt gross the entire time and didn't feel comfortable eating from the dinner
- HJHye-jin JunOct 20, 20251.0I visited LaGrange on business. I arrived at the hotel at 8:00 PM, checked in immediately, and went to my room with my key. As you can see in the photos, everything was a mess, and it was incredibly dirty. This was the worst experience I've ever had. I will never come back. I should also tell my company not to stay at this hotel. It was the worst day of my stay.
