Cleanliness was not their priority, very disappointing. Upon arrival witnessed a dirty blanket with multiple stains, when asked for a new blanket due to the stains, I was brought another blanket but this time with blood stains. The shower floor was also filthy, does not look like it’s been cleaned in months. The furniture in the room looked old with dirt stains. I was stuck in the lobby elevator multiple times. This hotel was very dissatisfying.

Busted phone and found in shower, known as "pink mold", is actually a bacteria called Serratia marcescens. It thrives in damp, warm environments and feeds on soap and shampoo residue. House keeping is bad here.

The hotel itself could really benefit from more detailed cleaning and some updates. With a bit of attention to maintenance and cleanliness, this property could be great. House keeping seems to be slacking or lacking.. I have pictures of a phone in the room missing the cover and towel rack hanging off the wall. Then pink mold found in shower, known as "pink mold", is actually a bacteria called Serratia marcescens. It thrives in damp, warm environments and feeds on soap and shampoo residue. Can't add pictures to the post. All I say is wow.

Recently, I was in need of three rooms for myself and two elderly family members. I tried to make reservations at this hotel using my honors membership and was quoted a substantially higher rate because I needed the option to cancel within a reasonable period, if and in the event someone became sick and unable to travel or a death occurred. After some quick rate shopping I found I was able to get equal to or better rates from other hotels that would allow cancellations up to 48 hours before scheduled arrival. Further, I found while shopping rates, that other comparable hotel chains offer to the pubic (without memberships) equal to or in some instances better rates for comparable accommodations! I am a creature of habit and really wanted to stay with this particular brand, so, I ask to speak with the manager to seek his assistance but was told he was on vacation for the next week and there was no one else authorized to provide assistance (that I could talk to). As frustrating as this was, I must say that the two different ladies I spoke to were very nice and polite even though they were unable to help. Typically, I always go to the Hilton Brands first when looking for travel accommodations. However, I think now in light of my recent findings as shared above, I must rethink my process and conclusions!
