We had an excellent stay here. Kadi was working the front desk when we came and her customer service was exceptional. She went above and beyond to help us with questions and really made our stay great!

Wonderful place to stay and very helpful staff. Good food and very clean rooms. Also, I had trouble with my room key multiple times and Kaitlyn was happy to help going above and beyond to help with a very stressful situation (and also talk about LOTR). The Elf on the Shelf game in the lobby was a very entertaining start to the day too.

After driving for 6 hours I was excited to check in and relax for a few moments, but I had the longest check in experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. There was one girl working the front desk and she was helping another customer for at least 15 minutes while I stood there with my bag. Not a “sorry be right with you” or anything. I can hear every footstep above me. It sounds like big foot is in the room above me. The room is dingy. The location seems good, but I’m just here for work so not doing much exploring. Would not stay here again.

Super friendly staff and clean comfortable room. Hotel has some miles on it but adequate.
My only complaint is the $6.00 parking fee. In my case drove all day and arrive to QR code signs all over parking lot informing me I must pay to park. This isn't an inner-city hotel or a resort. It's an off-the-interstate suburban hotel. It's cold outside, I'm tired and have to jump through the hoops in some app to pay to park. Seriously? Talk about nickle and diming you. I would rather they increase the room rate by $6 and be done with it.
So - in my review - the $6 parking fee pretty much put me in a bad mood to begin with. Otherwise I probably would have given 4 or maybe 5 stars.

The check was the worst. I've staying in many around the country and never had this many issues checking in. My company booked me a room on a business trip and they requested the company card holder in order at check in. Also refused my service animals. I paid out of personal accounts because the business I had to attend to was time sensetive. The staff made every step of check in a complication. As a result we just paid double for my room and the one book by the company in which nobody checked into. Also paid for the animals to get it over with. Our company will no longer use the Hilton when booking business trips. Clearly the youngs girls at the desk just wanted to make an issue.
