EDNA at the front desk was very unpleasant when I complained about the noise directly above my room, told me "We just have to deal with it".No Edna you work here and have to deal with it, I am a guest who paid alot of money to stay here. Noise in common areas can be dealt with, but when it is in my room, it is unacceptable. TV cannot even be heard on 30, we have to yell or text to communicate with person 3 feet away. ROBERT at check in was very helpful and friendly. This hotel definitely makes me reconsider my loyalty to HILTON properties. Video of the noise in my room at 1:15pm, 245 pm and 330 pm. This is NOT acceptable Hilton Hotels

She went a live and beyond and turned on some of the already shut off drink machines so we could get some cold apple juice as well. Love Ms.Ann Down!!

This shows very low interest to environmental responsibility. By having such a big conflict between the values, I will not use this hotel again.
