    Stayed one night on our way home from Florida to Michigan and was very happy with this hotel. Super clean, friendly staff and some of the best beds I've slept in at a hotel. Cool water feature in the lobby. Theres a ruth chris steakhouse inside the hotel too! Sadly the pool was closed for resurfacing. Overall great experience would definitely recommend this place.

    I was tired and decided to get a hotel when I noticed a Hampton off hwy 75, on Chastain Rd. When asking the front desk for a room, was told they do not allow dogs. I specifically stay at Hamptons because of their pet policy. Upon pushing the desk agent, he changed the story to say Dogs are actually only allowed on the 5th floor. Felt weird, ended up finding a Home 2 Suites down the road, which I highly suggest over the Hampton.

    What a nice place wow. Backup generator too! lol We run a snow removal business back home, I wake up at 1am to check snow cameras back home and call in employees and I get stuck in the bathroom. (The slider door came off the hinges) ended up having to wake my wife to get out. But the lobby employee was super helpful even gave me a bottle of water for the trouble. We will be back, the level of customer service by all the employees was top notch and the building was beautiful, you could tell the whole team really cares about this place. Well done

    My husband got a room a little over a week ago. The breakfast was good and the room was clean, but the maintenance man, Thomas, needs serious improvement or a different job. I requested help with my TV and he showed up acting like he didn’t want to be there at all. He was rude, dismissive, and ignored what I was saying. He made the situation very uncomfortable instead of helping. Im guessing the female housekeeper came in and ended up fixing the issue because he clearly didn’t want to. Very unprofessional experience.
