- MRMatt R3 days ago2.0First, the staff are excellent. Zero complaints there. Now to the bad part. The floors were dirty and never cleaned. Upon arrival, I cleaned the tile with every bath towel available, and they were black when finished. The coffee maker was full of mold. Ruth Chris needs to figure out their exhaust situation. The whole 3rd floor, to include my room smelt of stank cooked meat every night. This led to your bed and clothes smelling like you grilled out every night. It was awful. I am sure the other floors experienced the same. Breakfast? Garbage. Styrofoam plates and bowls. The front entrance to the hotel leads you to believe it’s a 5 star hotel, let’s go with a one. This is an old remodeled Hilton Garden Inn.

Plus, there are plenty of other great places to eat nearby. There's also a mall within walking distance. This is a great place to stay in Atlanta. It's a little pricey, but we'll worth it.

When I complained and explained that we had stayed at two other Embassy Suites this week and they were much better than the Kennesaw location, I was told everyone else was happy. This location needs updating.

Ruth Chris is the hotel restaurant for room service & meals. Rooms looked newly renovated, clean & contemporary. Staff was helpful & friendly. Breakfast was lacking a bit but cocktail 'hour' was good. Parking can be a bit challenging with non hotel guests coming to Ruth Chris. But other than that, awesome stay!
- CWChris WarnerOct 26, 20251.0Outdated rooms, nonexistent service, and I'm not exaggerating here... the breakfast was worse than a 3 star hotel. This was 2 star or no star hotel breakfast. I won't get too far into the details. The breakfast was abysmal and the appliances are all old, the TVs do not have Netflix, not enough outlets, no C port power anywhere. TBH just go to a Tru. IDK if they're getting ready to tear this place down or if they only care about catered biz conventions or what. It was not it. At all. And the staff was the worst you can fire them all and lose nothing. I am a man who has turned over a lot of employees. Trust me you can literally fire them all they are untrained talent.
