I stayed here for business and the customer service was amazing. Shan at the front desk was a complete joy to interact with and she made sure my stay was easy and comfortable. I would stay here again because of my experience with her. Thank you

Great hotel. Very modern and clean. The front desk staff were great! Good location in north Atlanta. Quiet room. The HVAC wall unit was a little noisy, but no more so than other hotels I've stayed in. We will definitely stay there again.

This hotel is junk. To be clear, the staff is not. Most of them have been friendly, helpful, patient and accommodating, but this hotel is a piece of junk. We've been moved to four different rooms already, and every single time there's a problem.
First room, we couldn't even get in. The front desk tried swapping our card twice, then finally just said the battery on the door lock must be broken.
Second room, the toilet tank leaked, so throughout the night the toilet would just constantly flush over and over again.
Third room, the water pressure in the shower was so weak, I was in there for 30 min trying to wash all my suds off. The attached photo tells everything.
Fourth room, live TV channels didn't work. As it turns out, this wasn't a problem with this room. Every room had this problem, and they had to refresh their system to get things working.
Okay, it is Christmas, so there hasn't been anyone around all week to repair things. And, as mentioned, the staff has been accommodating with helping us find a room that has no problems. It's just no room in this hotel has no problems. Every new room, the question is always what's going to be wrong this time?
Don't book this Hilton. It's more expensive next door at the Hampton Inn & Suites, but that's basically the newer, improved and unbroken version of this hotel.

The manager is not responsive and not caring the guest carefully. Once you leave the hotel although you had an issue, they don’t even try to solve it.
I was not aware of that they are charging on breakfast. I just grabbed a small piece of a fruit for myself, but when I realized they charge on the breakfast, I didn’t even eat a bite and left the bowl with a piece right away. They charged the breakfast for two people just because my wife is standing next to me.
This is an absurd experience I ever had in a hotel. I don’t recommend this place at all.
