Huge ant infestation all over the place and a roach was into the building with us, just chillin. I don't recommend staying there, we left at 2am. Didn't receive a full or partial refund.

Ant infestation on first room (5th floor) and second room (4th floor) after switch. TV won’t work, HVAC broken, thin wall and clogged sink. Front desk person challenged me when I told her my reservation included breakfast. Breakfast was horrible.
When we told the front desk person (politely and discreetly) about the ant infestation and other problems as we checked out, I just got a blank stare from her. No “thank you for informing about the problem” or an apology on behalf of the hotel.
Won’t return here.

Go about 100 feet and start at the Hampton. This place has the same amenities as a one star hotel like motel 6 or Red roof. The front desk individual only complained about to many people cheering in so he couldn't have his "lunch". The rooms have a bad design so the bathroom door blocks the entrance door. Nothing special especially for the price.

I am not one that leaves reviews but I feel like I need to, here. As I sit here with a loud buzz in my ear that sounds like a cheap air compressor. All day and all night. Every day and every night. They have a beautiful fire pit, but they won't light it. One person said that it was broken and another said that it is "an ordeal" to light. I am guessing the latter is correct. So if you're a smoker, bring a heavy coat. The door to the patio locks behind you and the key card won't get you in. So you can freeze to death waiting for someone to walk by, or wade through the bushes to get to the front door. The bar is dead. When the actual bartender is off, you can order beer or wine. Overpriced beer and wine. Peroid. The luggage carts are stupid. Think 6 dollar airport rental carts. The TV was screwy. It took me 3 days to get a remote control that worked. The house phone didn’t work. The light has been blinking on it since day 2 of my visit and they couldn't tell me what the message was about. Jut that "it may have been housekeeping." Nobody bothered to find out OR make the light quit blinking. I wanted to go to dinner and have a drink, so asked about the shuttle for the next evening. He couldn't tell me if he had someone to drive it the next day. I like to stay at HGIs because I can get a real, cooked to order breakfast, and an occasional dinner when I don't have time to go out. Not here. $14.00 will get you the same powdered egg and questionable sausage breakfast that they serve next door at Hampton for free. I have no idea about dinner. I never saw a menu. And it is the first hotel that I can think of that takes up their coffee at 10:30 with the breakfast. Yep. No coffee after breakfast. Oh- here's a good one: I was expecting an important letter. I asked about it every day. The lady at the front desk said that she DIDN’T KNOW WHERE THE MAILBOX WAS! No kidding. That's what she said. I suspect that she just didn't feel like getting up and doing it. I found it myself. And got my letter myself. Out of the mailbox that she had to drive past to get to work every day. I am checking out today. As I was rushing to get the last half a cup of coffee before they snatched it up, I asked the lady at the front desk if I could do a late checkout, she literally turned around and walked away. I had eye contact. It was like I wasn't there. Another employee had to go get her for me. She did give me until NOON to leave. So I guess there's that. But writing this review is probably going to make me late, now. Wish me luck.
It is definitely a self-service hotel. Think Super8, but clean. No. Wait. Super 8s have coffee available all day.
It may be ok for an overnighter, but I am not an overnight traveler. This property has made me re-evaluate where I stay in the future, that's for sure. It is almost depressing. I used to really like Hilton Garden Inns. Now, I am not so sure.

Comfortable and clean but I can hear everything going on in the next room. Paper thin walls. I can hear them coughing, watching videos on their phone, watching tv, not enjoyable.
