I booked through booking.com And there was a problem, checking in due to a glitch in the system. Heather the main front desk Manager went above and beyond and dealing with booking.com for me got me checked in and upgraded my room. I have to say This was by far the Nicest place I’ve stayed on Jekyll Island, and The Property is very nice, The staff is great, The room was really clean, And the bed was super comfortable. I can’t wait to come back. There’s some really awesome parks nearby Saint Andrews Park was my favorite, but I love the whole island. It’s great you can ride your bike for miles and the beach is so clean and beautiful. I really want to thank Heather for going above and beyond. Kind Regards, Carrie Kyle
