We stayed there on my birthday and it was horrible. There was hair, dirt and candy wrapping everywhere. We went to the front desk and reported it but the manager didn’t even bother to check into it and contact us. This was the worst Hilton ever! Don’t book your stay there. It’s not worth your money!!

I try to only stay at a Hilton facility when traveling for business or vacations. Unfortunately, more and more Hiltons are missing the little items. No shampoo or no hand soap or shower gel. I know I can contact the front desk but too late when in the shower. Breakfast was very poor.

5-Star, great place to stay in Helen. Walking distance to ALL the stores/restaurants, our room was on the river, had a fireplace that was beautiful and gently warmed the room, a 2-person jacuzzi tub-perfect for soaking in with your Sweetie!! Yummy hot breakfast in the morning and fresh baked cookies and hot beverages throughout the day. Staff was very friendly and helpful!!! Will definately be back. Oh and a great price for "peak fall season". Great stay!!

Chose the Hampton Inn in Helen Georgia As we wanted to visit the town in see all of the sites. We had received a gift Certificate for one night free so we reserved two nights. The service staff was great. However when we opened the door to the room we were sorely disappointed. Outdated furniture and is in disrepair. Lighting in corner was bright white, like a street light. . Just atrocious? You would think that the Hilton name would assure high quality in all details of the guest room. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Outstanding Service from Emily at the Front Desk!
I had a reservation through Hotels.com for a 4-night stay (Saturday through Wednesday) at the same nightly rate. After checking back, I noticed that the rates for Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday had significantly dropped. Unfortunately, Hotels.com was unable to adjust my booking.
Thankfully, Emily at the Hampton Inn in Helen, GA stepped in and went above and beyond to help. With her professionalism, kindness, and commitment to customer satisfaction, she was able to get my rate adjusted directly through the hotel.
Emily’s outstanding service turned a frustrating situation into a great experience. She’s a true asset to the Hampton Inn team and a perfect example of excellent customer care. Thank you, Emily!
