The Hampton Inn Helen hotel is located on the Chattahoochee River, one block from Main Street in downtown Helen, Georgia. Our hotel offers river access as well as shopping and dining convenience. We are within walking distance to many local attractions, shops, restaurants, lounges and entertainment centers. Unicoi State Park and Innsbruck Golf are only minutes away from our hotel.
A Bavarian-style hotel, the Hampton Inn Helen features one and two-room suites, equipped with whirlpool tubs, fireplaces, and kitchenettes. Half of our rooms offer balconies with views of the Chattahoochee River.
Amenities of our Hampton Inn hotel include complimentary hot breakfast, in-room coffeemaker and TV with cable. We also offer connecting rooms, cribs, irons, an outdoor pool and covered parking. Guest laundry and meeting/banquet facilities are available for a nominal fee.

Free hot breakfast, great views (Riverview room), and walking distance to downtown. The rooms are getting a little wear, if any complaint. The charging station at the bedside table wasn't working, and there was a slow leak on the shower. Other than that, a highly recommended place to stay!

What I live is I can take my little dog with me. Thank you. - CHCindy HudsonDec 9, 20255.0Another outstanding stay with the Hampton! Thank you for inviting pets to stay! Will assisted me with booking our stay and then I met him in person upon check-in. Will was very helpful when I booked with him and displayed excellent customer service at check in. He offered recommendations, took his time to mark key areas on the local map and offered bottled waters after our long trip. The room was clean and the beds are comfortable. The only area for improvement would be to be more attentive to the trash in the landscaping. There is alot of trash in the dog walk area and it was frustrating to have to pull trash out of my dogs mouth every few minutes. Excellent location so you can enjoy the town and conveniently come and go as you desire. The hotel is a Bavarian theme on the outside to match the town and the staple Hampton Inn hotel on the inside. The lobby was inviting and was decorated beautifully for Christmas! Thank you!
