Customer service, communication while staying there, it was clean, quiet and worth the stay wish they had an indoor pool but the outdoor pool looked well maintained. Breakfast was good., I'm not a big carb person. The following week i stayed at another hotel one town over and closer to the highway they had a higher rating. They failed. I rather have taken the extra drive to stay back here. So needless to say we will return back here. It's a small town but it offered what we needed very friendly area. Wifi worked well. Plus its close to my daughter safari that is well worth the visit too. Lake Hartwell Safari. You'll want to keep coming back. The hotel gave that family feel welcome home feeling.

Some of the front desk associates were rude. We were charged 3.50 for a canned sprite. Highway robbery for a soda! We were told that the sprite was free since we were Hilton Honors and then we were charged for it! The desk person complained that we requested several bottled waters . We never got a bottled water! I was really upset with the desk service. Our room was only cleaned 2 times on a 7 day stay. We also did not receive fresh linens because lack of cleaning.
