Other peoples hair in the shower, out of amenities in the shower, tv and remote did not work, stink bug on the wall and dead bug in bathroom. I’m not sure what happened but I’m not even sure the room was cleaned. Very gross. Staff is really nice, that’s the only positive.

The first room we checked into had hair in the shower, silverfish in the bathroom, stink bugs on the desk and bed, and several Asian lady beetles all over, both dead and alive. The front desk tried to say they’re just ladybugs, but there is a difference, and this is a beetle infestation. The next room still had about a dozen beetles. The shower amenities were empty and despite two requests, all we got were towels and none of the shampoo or conditioner refilled. The shower leaks and covered the floor and got our bags wet. The breakfast and snacks are nice, the lobby looks clean, and the staff seemed mostly friendly. Wouldn’t stay here again though.
