- CDCosette DwyerNov 13, 20254.0Location was a bit confusing to find since it’s kinda behind several other hotels. Room size was fantastic and the amenities in the room were great (full sized fridge & freezer, toaster, dishwasher, some utensils and plates and such provided, microwave, etc), but the shower was somewhat broken. Breakfast was also kinda meh. Not bad, but nothing to be excited about. Coffee was actually quite good though. I often grabbed another coffee in a to-go cup on my way out (and I’m not even a big coffee drinker!)

I had such a wonderful experience thanks to the breakfast that usually works the week days .Every morning they greeted guests with a warm smile and made sure everything was fresh, clean, and well stocked. They went above and beyond to ensure everyone had what they needed, whether it was refilling coffee, offering extra napkins, or checking in to make sure we were enjoying our meal.

I asked for a table top burner, which they brought to me with no skillet. I asked for a skillet and they told me they could get me one the next morning after housecleaning cleaned some rooms. I asked them at the desk the next morning and they assured me they would make it happen. I never got my skillet and I ordered my own hot plate so I didn't have to rely on them. What is the point of making rooms with kitchen options if you do not supply the necessary items needed to cook.... The address also doesn't seem to work for any delivery drivers, they always go to the wrong hotel. And the water pressure isn't great
