  Great location with nearby restaurants and every inch of the place was spotless. This hotel should be the go-to stop for anyone traveling through the area. Special shout out to Tyler for the advice on how to fix my Hilton Honors account.

  ⚜️ROOM 127 KING BED 11/29/25⚜️ ⚜️PROS⚜️ 🔹️Absolutely BEAUTIFUL HOTEL inside and out, the outdoor fireplace area was comfy and extremely welcoming ♥️ 🔹️Online booking and check-out via the app were effortless 🔹️Front desk staff were exceptionally kind and helpful 🔹️Our room was big, spacious, and almost perfectly cleaned 🔹️The kitchen area is our FAV so AMAZING and very thoughtful for travelers, we LOVED IT ♥️ 🔹️Beds were nice and soft 🔹️The in-room Coffee Station was awesome 🔹️Air was OUTSTANDING 🔹️We GREATLY appreciated the unlimited hot water (but the pressure was poor) 🔹️We parked by a side door and never worried about our vehicle as a camera pointed directly at it ⚜️CONS⚜️ 🔹️I called in regards to my online booking; The call was answered with a "Hello" instead of the proper hotel response, thus, I thought I called a personal cell 🔹️We were not recognized as Hilton Honors Members; And they do not give members a traditional water and snack bag 🔹️At check-in, we had to sign a document, as an every-6-months traveler, we NEVER have to do this, as everything is now digital. I suggest omitting this in the future for a smoother process 🔹️Upon completely inspecting our room, we found it mostly clean except for the following: -Hair on the back of the toilet -Discolored corners in the shower -The fridge shelves were dirty, and the area you touch to open it, and the freezer 🔹️Other than those 3 mishaps, the room was completely spotless 🔹️The farm door to the restroom is STUNNING; However, it is ineffective as it does not close entirely, thus leaving one without total privacy as both sides are wide open 🔹️After attending a function, we returned to the hotel pretty late and indeed quite tired; Our 2 room keys would not work at the side entrance, forcing us to get back in the vehicle and drive to the front entrance. Needless to say, we were definitely annoyed ⚜️CONCLUSION⚜️ 🔹️We did not try the breakfast, thus unable to leave a review at this time (Even if breakfast was not to our liking, this would in NO WAY alter our 5-Star experience)!!!! It is SO sad to see the amount of low ratings of this Beautiful Hotel JUST because people did not like the breakfast 🙄 🎉Despite the aforementioned issues, we 100% Recommend this establishment without hesitation 😁10/10 EASY!! We will ALWAYS book here when in town, this is now our FAVORITE out of EVERY hotel we have ever booked🎊Thank you SO very much for this lovely experience ♥️♥️ 👉🏽Lastly, Mary Beth Turner, thank you for responding so promptly to my feedback via email, you are simply AWESOME ♥️

  I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the front desk staff—especially Tyler. From the moment I arrived, Tyler was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, offering great recommendations and making check-in a breeze. It’s rare to find service that feels both genuine and professional, but Tyler delivered exactly that. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip—highly recommended!

  Very customer service oriented hotel with pleasant staff and very responsive management Room are spacious and very clean Location close to interstate and plenty of dining
