- MHMallory HoffmanOct 14, 20252.0Rooms are clean and the kitchens are great! There isn't a clear way to decline housekeeping. Joy at the front desk is a delight. Breakfast is centered around a breakfast sandwich theme. I didn't have a great experience though... I came back to my room after a long day at work to find it was unlocked and the deadbolt was holding it open. The staff said no one was supposed to be there and they confirmed it with management. They offered me a new room, but I was only staying for one more night so I declined. Nothing was stolen. The next day, some things were charged to my card and I had to cancel it. However, they took no further action to investigate what happened, such as look at security cameras. I find this concerning because it ignores making their staff, security, and procedures better. Something serious happened and they let it go as if it was nothing. The staff seemed very dismissive and aloof about the entire situation: "That's so strange, I don't know what happened," and "I understand."
