The closet is nasty with some nasty liquid on the ground… the front desk lady, I think her name was Melissa. She was great, she took of us & put us in another room. Very nice and caring.

Called they said they couldn’t because it was booked under Hilton honors. Talked to Hilton they said they couldn’t because it had to be approved they the hotel and they refused. Not understanding why it can’t be moved a week when would pay rates for that week.

Hotel had a few restaurants within walking distance which was nice. The breakfast in the morning was decent, I would say selection was nice but needed refilling and things weren't very hot.
