We stayed here on a cross country road trip and thought that the hotel was okay. We checked in and headed to our room. The first thing we noticed was that the elevator was due for inspection in June of 2025, and we stayed in November of 2025… The rooms themselves were fairly nice. They seemed like parts of the room were nearly renovated. The shower seemed new, the dresser, and the side tables seemed new, along with the coffee bar area. The windows and window coverings did not look new… Our biggest concern was walking into the room and seeing 3 black spots on the ceiling. After investigation, they were ladybugs. We found later that there were roughly 10 under the window cover… ladybugs are not the worst bug to have in a room, but NO BUGS are more ideal. Breakfast options were okay. Nothing crazy or exciting. They were out of hot water the evening we arrived so we could not make hot chocolate in the lobby.

Loved it here. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival. I Noticed there were convenient charging stations in the lobby, along with a coffee and tea station. Since we booked two rooms, we were surprised to receive connecting rooms. The bathrooms were spacious and spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was the highlight of our stay! The staff was welcoming and attentive, keeping everything well-stocked and clean. The pumpkin waffles and fresh fruit were our favorites! I would come back.

We always travel with our dogs and we have stayed in Hampton Inns across the US in excess of 30 days in 2025. When we arrived, we were put in a pet friendly room. When we opened the door, the room smelled sour. When we started unpacking, we found a brown spot the size of a basketball that no one had even attempted to clean…..and it smelled. We also found drywall in the bathroom that had been chewed by an animal prior to us. My husband took pictures and took them down to the front desk and we were told they didn’t have another room to move us to and housekeeping wouldn’t come in to clean the offensive spot because of our dogs. We ended up buying carpet cleaner and cleaning it ourselves. We travel with kennels for our dogs, when we are not there, they are not left to run in the room. They could have cleaned because we would have secured our girls..Thank god we only had to be there 3 nights. The hotel is probably the dirtiest Hampton Inn I have ever stayed Inn. It is in need of some fresh paint and a good cleaning. The font desk staff was courteous and the breakfast area was clean and stocked. Cleanliness is very important to us. We always leave the rooms we stay in, cleaner than we found them. Our dogs are seasoned travelers and never leave any kind of a mess or trace that they were even there. Our dogs are 4.8 pounds and 21 pounds and they are good girls and I felt bad that they had to stay in that room.
