The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the staff was friendly and professional from check-in to check-out. The room was comfortable and provided everything needed for a relaxing stay. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major roadways, which made getting around very easy. Breakfast was fresh and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone visiting the Douglasville or Atlanta area and would stay here again in the future.

- LHLauren HillNov 9, 20253.0We stayed here on a cross country road trip and thought that the hotel was okay. We checked in and headed to our room. The first thing we noticed was that the elevator was due for inspection in June of 2025, and we stayed in November of 2025… The rooms themselves were fairly nice. They seemed like parts of the room were nearly renovated. The shower seemed new, the dresser, and the side tables seemed new, along with the coffee bar area. The windows and window coverings did not look new… Our biggest concern was walking into the room and seeing 3 black spots on the ceiling. After investigation, they were ladybugs. We found later that there were roughly 10 under the window cover… ladybugs are not the worst bug to have in a room, but NO BUGS are more ideal. Breakfast options were okay. Nothing crazy or exciting. They were out of hot water the evening we arrived so we could not make hot chocolate in the lobby.
