Unfortunately, his attitude negatively impacted my stay, even after the service recovery. That said, the hotel itself is in excellent condition, and I would like to give a special shout-out to Ty, who works the overnight shift, for her outstanding service.

On our first day, the beds were very squeaky, and every time you moved or rolled over, it made a loud noise. Also in every room we've stayed in the nightstand is tilted forward, so things slide off of it. The rooms have a desk, a chair and a refrigerator and coffee maker. There's definitely room for 3-4 adults. The desk staff can be friendly or abrupt.Just depending on who's at the desk. There was a young man who didn't really seem to want to work.But there were also two women who were very helpful and friendly. There's a complimentary breakfast which is pretty standard for Hampton Inn. I was not impressed with the cheese omelets or the sausage, but it changes daily and there can be different bacon or different meats, as well as individual muffins and toast boiled, eggs, fruit and yogurts. You can also make your own waffle which is very tasty. It's a short walk to several niche is shops and restaurants. There is a scratch kitchen restaurant named Platez next door and in the other direction, there's a old courthouse and behind it.There is a street of international restaurants and a small town square and several shops.
