Do Not Recommend staying here -- They knowingly give people rooms next to a LOUD neighborhood 'speakeasy' next door.
My husband stayed there for a conference, and due to this establishment's noise pounding away very loudly until 2am, he was barely able to function the next day.
When he spoke with front desk staff person, she was aware of the new business next door, and said there had been complaints about it. They moved his room, and the second night was much better.
He requested a full refund of his first night, and Hilton responded with points, but no refund or willingness to address this issue for other travelers. This is not acceptable, as we have no inclination to do further business with Hilton if their hotels show so little regard for their customers' rest(!).
While your hotel did not cause the noise, it is the hotel's responsibility to protect its guests by not placing them in rooms that are known to be plagued by late night/early morning loud disturbing noise.
To the owner's response below, we have already reached out multiple times and do not wish to spend further time on this matter. If at some point we do receive the requested refund, I will update this review accordingly.

The electronic shades don't work. The TV doesn't work. Building engineer fixed both twice. They're still broke. Front desk guy seems confused. This place has gone down hill in recent months.

Great location. Such a fun area to go out for dinner just a couple blocks away. The staff was friendly and helpful. Clean rooms— I was shocked by the size of my room! There is a convenient private parking garage in rear. The lobby was lovely and had a great breakfast included in the price of stay.
