I got here and the AC unit was not working and we were just going to push through it but, the maintenance came after no complaints and said they fixed it. So the front desk KNEW the room’s AC was broken and gave it to us anyway. Also, the housekeeping pretty much opened our room at 9:30 am and check out time is at 11am. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE IS THAT OKAY. The fire inspector came to our room and wanted to inspect it with us in it when they could’ve waited til check out time. It was a disappointing experience and really hoped for better.

My favorite host at the front desk was Jeffry he would always ask how my day was and then we would get into a good conversation about everything. Jeffry has a great sense of humor and a dry wit. All of the staff was eager to help in anyway they could to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were clean and very comfortable most of all quiet. The weekend breakfast was a great way to start the day.
