From the moment we arrived to long after we left, every staff member we encountered was warm, gracious, and welcoming. Our room was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable, but what truly sets this location apart is its people. After I accidentally left behind a necklace my daughter bought me for Christmas, the kind woman at the front desk personally made sure it was found and mailed back to me — simply because she understood how much it meant. Thank you, from one mama to another, for your kindness and heart. You turned what could have been a heartbreaking moment into something incredibly special and meaningful. What a wonderful way to start 2026. Highly recommend this hotel!
