Most of my room was pretty nice, but there were a few things that looked like they were skipped; the sink and shower seemed to be the old unit, which is odd. My sink plunger was broken, but that wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, hotel was fine but it didn’t seem like it met the quality I was expecting staying at a Hampton.

- JLJerry LAug 5, 20251.0Every single prior one star review is 100% on the mark. So, rather than to re-hash the numerous things previously written by many prior users, I'll just show you in pictures. Arriving late, I just went into the room and went right to sleep. When I awakened, HOLY CRAP! One addition that I have not read about was; the mattress had a large blood stain on it. Hallway lights burned out, doors warped, main entry door had light shing through around the frame. Holes in walls, dirty carpet, loose toilet roll holder, Employees smoking outside by the front main doors. Toilet running off and on. Unfinished ceiling repairs. Stained lampshades. The list goes on and on. Different colored repainted wall portions. As a Gold member, Hilton should be ashamed to even have this hotel even listed as one of their properties. This is the very first time I have ever, EVER, left a Hilton property without getting a morning shower. I could not wait to get out of this place. Rooms in this bad of shape should NEVER be rented out... EVER, under any circumstances! And this room was located on the side of the hotel that was not even being remodeled.
