    The night lady that checked me in was the nicest most bubbly personality such a great lady. It was much needed after such a long day of driving. The room was clean, the cable TV seemed to pause every so often, which made watching Planet of the Apes a little harder to enjoy. The gym was sufficient and I enjoyed the quiet time exercising. Breakfast was a typical yet leaner Hampton breakfast. It was strange that during breakfast the morning staff held their kickoff meeting right in the breakfast seating area. Filling up most of the chairs so guests had limited spots to enjoy their breakfast. Friendly staff, just not sure the staff would be in a position to open up honestly in front of the guests. Odd very odd. I enjoy Hampton for the consistent level of cleanliness and friendliness.

    Great experience and Tri was absolutely wonderful checking me into my room. She was pleasant, fun, and very professional. The room was super clean and comfortable. Plenty of places to eat near by in walking distance.

    wish i could give more of a better rating but i can’t. i booked on october 18th for 4 nights. 5 days. paid 778$ IN FULL for a KING size suite. when we got their it was 1 king bed in a small room with a full size couch bed.. no working fridge or microwave. room was 78. upon arrival at 10:30pm bc we traveled from SOUTH florida -, i called 5 hours out and Jaylah answered stating that the resrervation was FULLY paid and ready for us to check in…. we pulled up at 10:30pm , Jaylah made me *and our friends that stayed in the same hotel PULL our credit card statements and prove that i paid in full when it showed on her system it was…… she was absolutely nasty and disrespectful…… saturday comes and the hotel proceeds to try and charge me an ADDITIONAL 200$ - 3 DIFFERENT TIMES. within minutes apart. thankfully our card was ‘off’ due to being in a new area *we like to use our cashapp card bc we are out of town or cash…. i called downstairs to request extra pillows and a fan bc the room temp wasn’t going any lower then 70….. they said ‘we have no fans in the building nor extra pillows ……’ the toilet has old POOP on the seat & inside the bowl- the bathroom had MOLD growing from the roof, even the shower head was DISGUSTING. i called the next morning at 9:30 to speak to marissa and the GM & both seemed to avoid me. they didn’t wanna help make it right… just kept telling me i had an outstanding balance……….. needless to say- we WILL NOT be coming back to this hotel.. AT ALL. service- trash. rooms- STINK. toilet- water ran all day & night for 4 nights 5 days.. bed uncomfortable. breakfast potatoes under cooked. parking - barely any room. wish i could give 0 stars

    This hotel has a very friendly and attentive staff. The whole place is clean. We have stayed at many hotels but this one had the best breakfast bar. Beth, the breakfast attendant, kept everything well stocked the entire time as well as checking on the guests for anything else they might need. Best hotel 5 stars

    I try to only stay at a Hilton facility when traveling for business or vacations. Unfortunately, more and more Hiltons are missing the little items. No shampoo or no hand soap/shower gel. I know I can contact the front desk but too late when in the shower. The shower head not working as it should due to being dirty (lime deposits in the shower head?). The bath area was not clean as it should be. Mold looking areas around the bath area. A little bleach goes a long way. Breakfast had no plates. The little things and not so little things create a perception of not being a professional facility. I work in the service industry and perception is reality and a way to lose customers.
