The hotel was clean overall rooms were simple and clean. We arrived after 6pm on a Friday night and was great by the lady at the front desk, a heavy art lady ( this was a family trip so it was about 10 of us that entered the hotel at once) she made the comment of needing to go and get her taser, which offended my great aunt who should have been treated with respect since she is an elder. We were caught off guard about the $100 accidental fee which should have been easy to explain to us but she was not able to do that in a professional manner making the remarks of it not being her $100. This was later explain to us by Ms.Jadean at the front desk which was a huge help. After we checked in our suit we shortly returned to the front seat because we had no sheet in our room for the pullout couch and we did not have a remote for the front room tv, which we were not able to use our entire stay. The heavy set lady told us she did not fix tvs and really there was nothing she could do about it, she told me the manage was coming in but I never seen her Gain or always caught the back of her going in the back. My cousin is Autistic and walks around a lot instead of saying something to us in a professional manner she make the remarks of feeling uncomfortable with him in the weight room, he was much smaller than her and only 19 years old. My uncle was in another room that I booked the volume did not work on there tv, when he went to the front to let her know he also asked for water she asked him what was he trying to do strange for his water which was completely inappropriate since he is a married man. My grandfather is very friendly and I guess he was sitting in the front by the desk and kept talking to her so told him that she is not with all that talking which again was rude. Being in customer service their a better ways to handle these situation but I do feel like she did not fix any of our issues that which my sister had issues as well. Other than the desk clerk that worked nights this hotel would have receive a 5 star. And to mention Ms. Jadean again she made us feel heard. I wish I would have spoken to her sooner but I figure everyone was probably the same since this was our first time in Georgia. Housekeeping was really nice as well, one lady could not speak English but that did not delay her from providing us with wonderful service. The lady in the room next to us dogs barked all day but were fine at night if that doesn’t bother you than it’s a good stay for the money

To whom this may concern,
I am writing to express my concern about an incident that occurred on Saturday, October 18, 2025, 0040. 1490 Old Salem Rd SE Ga 30013
The large heavy set woman at the front desk was engaged in a leisurely conversation with a customer about Bitcoin and the stock markets, which she was investing in, while on the clock. This conversation took precedence over the needs of other customers who were waiting to be checked in.
Furthermore, she moved from behind the desk to the dining area to continue her important Bitcoin exchange with the customer, as if the rest of us were not in need of her assistance. This behavior suggests a lack of understanding or care for her position in the hospitality industry.
In the future, I would appreciate it if she would show a little more courtesy and prioritize the needs of her customers.

I was not a guest here, but rather stopping by for a business meeting with a colleague. The staff, however is extremely warm and seeks to make each guest feel welcomed and appreciated. Even got a cookie on my way out!
