    got charged twice for a room and they refused to redund me. had bank statements and all.

    If I could put zero stars, I would. The staff, especially the manager (Mark), are extremely unprofessional and rude. We were sent out here on a contract for work, drove through 4 states to get here, and were treated with so much disrespect. There was an issue with the booking, something about needing another card on file even though everything had already been taken care of. The man at the front desk was trying to work with us to figure it out but ultimately needed the manager’s approval. When he (Mark) came to the front desk, he took my coworker’s phone to speak with our boss and said “look this isn’t your problem but I’ve been here since 7am. It’s now 10 pm and I don’t work weekends. I can’t help you. Either rebook with another card or find somewhere else to go.” We then had no other choice but to use our personal accounts to rebook for the night. Very dissatisfied with the service and will now NEVER choose to book with this hotel again nor recommend to anyone else. Even if this was miscommunication on our part, that was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Just plain rude. Could at least speak to the guests with politeness and professionalism but that seems too hard for this hotel staff to do.

    POOR HOUSE KEEPING SERVICE! I stayed at the Hampton for 6 days and due too one the house keepers Jameka I will not be returning. I asked her could she give me some towels for my family and I and she stated that she didn’t have any but when I looked at her cart there were plenty of towels. Then she proceeded too say check out is at 12 “Y’all leaving or staying” with an attitude which was also rude. Seems like she was in a rush and ready too leave , and too mention she was on her cellphone the entire time having an inappropriate conversation about the hotel as a whole. A Spanish house keeper although she couldn’t speak much English she was able too give me some towels with no issues. I shouldn’t have too make a review but unfortunately every time I called in regards too this situation I get placed on hold for a long period of time so I will be calling customer complaint service. Hire people who value the guest!

    Im a hilton honors member but have been extremely disappointed. We booked two rooms over the labor day weekend. We arrived late and we straight to bed. My son and his friend stayed in one room. We awoke the next morning to my son coming in and saying their were bugs on his bed. I immediately identified they were bed bugs. We grabbed their stuff out of the room and headed down stairs. The lady at the front desk apologized and stated they would get us another room. She stated our entire stay would be free. We explained we had plans and they could call us with room etc. We got back around five and had not received any calls. Called front desk to discuss and the rudest representative answered the phone and proceeded to tell me she knew nothing about it. My son was disgusted and decided to head home. I asked to speak to manager and was told they did not have one on the weekend. We checked out on Sunday and left another message for a manager. Monday was labor day and we didn't receive a call. I checked my credit card bill and saw we were charged for the stay. I called everyday and left a message and finally on Friday talked with a manager. She refunded the second room with the bedbugs but no comment on numerous messages, rude representatives and the fact that the whole experience was awful!
