The service and friendliness of this staff is out of this world. We arrived late at night around 11:30pm. It was on a Tuesday and the front desk employee was beyond friendly and kind. Even when we left in the morning she remembered us and just made us feel like family. We had been traveling due to an emergency with my family and her engagement and kind words went along way! Very clean and organized establishment. Good staff is hard to find, keep up the great work!

Over all was a great place to stay and would recommend it. However, the room left me a little disappointed. Hair could be found in a few spots on the floor. Bathroom was a bit dated with its 70s shower and toilet. AC was loud and rattled with water damage on the wall around it. Gave me a Motel 6 vibe.
Issues listed may be tedious on my part, but expected better for the price paid. I still recommend it as overall the place was clean and well kept. Perfect location if your are visiting Fort Benning. The solder figurines on the support pillars in the lobby is a nice touch!

The demise of the Hilton brand is a drama; youâll laugh, youâll cry and eventually youâll leave. My stay here was not terrible. The check-in was friendly, the lobby is especially well done and the exterior is well-kept.
But there were lots of things broken â three of the five treadmills/elliptical machines were down and the toilet handle required heavy lifting to get a flush. An exterior side door didn't work. The most significant malfunction was the heat â there was none. With temps in the 30s, it was an icy, sleep-in-sweats situation.
This marks my sixth not-great stay in a row at a Hilton property, which includes Hamptons, a Doubletree and two Embassy Suites. Iâm saddened by the failures, as I donât think it is necessarily the fault of the locals. I see that in its most recent earnings call â HLT stock is strong â its CEO noted âdisciplined cost managementâ and credited its âfee-based modelâ for its growth. That talk comes at the expense of the customer at a small Hampton in Georgia. Again, this property is not terrible. Itâs a two-star hotel with a three-star price.
I am divesting of my 150K Hilton points, so will be back with a report on the next stays. The percentages say one will be good.
