    If I could give zero stars, I would ! this hotel has roaches (these were all within walking upon entering the room) and it’s disgusting. I didn’t end up staying! Pictures are included below. Don’t stay here if you want to have a good experience. the front desk is not supportive or helpful. They give you the runaround when you’re trying to contact management and the price is definitely not worth the stay. Beware!! go somewhere else.

    People are nice but the positives end there. I have to share that this is the dirtiest Doubletree I've been in and possibly the is dirties hotel. I am in hotels nearly every week for work. Sometimes I'm in 2 hotels a week. The lobby and desk area are disgustingly dirty. The first room I was given was so dirty... dirt and debris all over the floor. Toilet and shower was dirty. I had them change my room. The second room was better but not good. The floor was sticky as if mopped with a dirty mop. The bathroom floor behind the door had lots of dirt and hair. I found 2 hairs in the shower which didn't belong to me or the same people as they were very different. Oh and I found a capsule of some kind of medication on the couch. If you are cleaning, it would have been found. I guess drugs are complimentary. I checked the bed thoroughly but didn’t find signs of bed bugs but I will be washing everything in hot water when I get home. I couldn’t stand for my feet to hit the floor. Thankfully I had my flip flops. I wore them constantly and showered with them on. I went to the gym and to the naked eye it looked clean but wasn’t because wipes were dry so couldn’t wipe down equipment. Water was empty with a full jug sitting outside the door. So disappointing and I'll never be back. I'm shocked that Hilton allows this as it is a risk to the brand. Oh and I found a capsule of some kind of medication on the couch. If you are cleaning, it would have been found. I guess drugs are complimentary. I was afraid to eat breakfast because if the rooms are that bad, I’m sure their kitchen is nasty too.

    I was 8n town on business and needed a place for a short stay. The check in and check out process was simple. The room clean and updated. No carpet, updated bathrooms. My issue was the bed. I felt like I slept on rocks. The bed was extremely hard, and warn. I was glad it was just 2 nights, not sure my back could have taken more than that. If it wasn't for the bed, I would visit again, but will find a different place for my next visit.

    Well....the staff we saw were very nice. They texted us to see how everything was going. We did not have shampoo or body wash in the room. They were quick to get us some. There are no microwaves in the rooms. That is on us. They do have a communal microwave in the lobby. The housekeeping is subpar. When we got into the room when we walked it was very noisy and our shoes were sticking to the floor. I'm guessing mop n glo? There is definitely a smell? Maybe insecticide, which I guess is okay, but it was hard on the nostrils. We checked out early and would not return to this establishment.
