Every single staff member I interacted with was so friendly and accommodating. They would go out of their way to say hello and ask if we needed anything.

Specifically the front desk, DuShay (executive housekeeper) and Isabel. I left an item in the room while checking out for an early morning flight. I called from the airport to let them know. DuShay immediately secured the item and provided several options to return the item. I ended up back there a month later for another trip and Isabel quickly retrieved them. Excellent customer service!
- RCRenee ClarkDec 20, 20255.0Stayed here one night before an early flight out of ATL. Rooms were small, but comfortable size (we stayed in a room with two double beds). The beds are a little hard and the pillows are soft. Bathroom was nice and the water pressure was excellent. Staff was very helpful. You will need to valet park for a cost of $34, but it was nice not to have to worry about finding a parking spot. They have valet available all night and we had no issues getting our car at 5:15 in the morning. We were at the airport and parking in less than 5 minutes after leaving the hotel.

TV doesn’t work well, the signal is lost every 30 seconds, wifi is not good and takes too much extra steps to validate
