  ​The rooms were clean and amenities were readily available. The hotel showed its age, especially the elevators, but it was nothing out of the ordinary. ​The staff was incredibly professional, so no worries there. I arrived about half an hour after check-in and had to wait a few minutes before anyone showed up; however, I noticed that check-in times can vary. I ordered food around 2 a.m., and on my way through the lobby, there were a handful of people waiting. From the sound of it, they had been waiting for a while. ​The hotel is close to the airport, but unfortunately, no restaurants or stores are within walking distance. ​I did see some reviews mentioning bugs. Fortunately, there were no bed bugs, though I did see a few ants in the bathroom and a ladybug on the interior window. For the price, it’s fine. Clean, quiet, and with decent amenities.

  This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I booked it through Delta’s website after my flight was changed. When I arrived, another passenger informed me that there had been no rooms available for over two hours. After waiting for a long time, I went to complain. After about twenty min of complaining, they finally managed to give us one room for two people, even though we were four. When we got to the room, it was dirty. The bathroom had clearly been used, the floor was dirty, and the sink was also unclean. We were also never informed that breakfast was only available until 10 a.m. So, despite having a reservation, we had to sleep cramped in a dirty room, after spending an hour arguing at the front desk. Very disappointing. I would like to add that the receptionist was very kind and did his best to help and solve the situation. However, no one speaks Spanish, which made all the conversations very difficult for me.

  Very poor hotel shuttle service, I had to get an alternate shuttle from another hotel to get here. arriving after 12am on a Saturday there was only one front desk person available to handle 20 people from multiple flights with vouchers. Delta should drop this hotel from vouchers if they are not going to have the desk capacity to get people checked in within 45 minutes.

  Poor check in experience. I came around 6pm and waited in the lobby for 40 minutes before the attendant came out. No contact numbers or anything. The room was very dirty. Hairs and stains on the sheets from previous guests. It’s a converted comfort inn cheap hotel. You get what you pay for. They need a strong and consistent investment in pest control. After the 4th random bug / roach kill it was hard to sleep comfortable. They advertise a shuttle service that you need to request 30 minutes before your departure. I waited close to an hour and ended up paying for uber. Never again. Small plus. The bed is soft. The AC/ heat worked well. Terrible experience but for the cheap price of an overnight layover. It’s what i should have expected. Yuck.

  If your flight gets delayed, please avoid this Hilton. The staff for check in is very slow, with only one guy processing for a long time. It takes one hour to wait and to be set. We have two rooms, but with only one confirmation code from Delta, they only gave us one room to share. The bad thing is, we found a bug inside the room. Anyway very bad experience due to the Delta’s delay towards Atlanta.
