We checked in at 1 am due to our flights being cancelled and the front desk receptionist was not just unwelcoming, she was outright rude. We are Diamond members and the receptionist asked if we’d like to earn points for our stay or have our complimentary water. Absurd. Additionally, upon arrival the lobby reeked of marijuana. When we were leaving the next morning, the smell was gone but the morning receptionist was equally as dismissive. She could not be bothered to look up from her computer to answer our questions. If you’re like us, you may select this hotel due to its proximity to the airport, which is understandable. Just be prepared for rude & dismissive service.
