Had to ask and then wait for certain breakfast items. Prices really high on other food and drink items.

Key cards were unavailable. App also didn’t work had to get online support and the desk to try to get me a digital card for over an hour then on top of that can’t even share the card with others. No one at the desk knows how to help at all with the app.

Excellent property for the rate. Could not believe this was a $100/night place during the week including breakfast. Room could use a little more thorough cleaning.

After the check in online function didn’t work, we were forced to deal with a not so friendly nor informative front desk. 2 girls who seemed more interested in their phones and gossip than customer service.
After walking in with the reservation confirmation loaded (which we pre paid) we were told we need ID, instead of arguing we simply obliged, after the keys handed to us “here’s your keys” was all that was said.
After all that, had to walk back to exchange our keys as the tv didn’t work.. this hotel is so noisy at night you definitely need a working tv.
The beds are awful, and the pillows are just the worst.
We travel between Florida and Indiana frequently so this was hopeful to be a place we come back to. One time is more than enough.

We had a really enjoyable stay at this modern hotel. It’s pet-friendly, which was a huge bonus for us, and the whole place has a welcoming, relaxed feel.
The lobby was a standout feature — stylish yet cozy, with plenty of seating, a pool table, and board games that made it easy to relax and unwind. Breakfast was included and had a good variety: pancakes, sausage, eggs, and yogurt — all fresh and tasty.
The staff was excellent: warm, friendly, and always ready to help. Their hospitality really made a difference in our stay.
We didn’t run into any major issues, though we did notice the public restrooms were out of Kleenex and toilet paper at one point. Hopefully, just a small oversight.
Overall, this hotel is a great find — comfortable, clean, and full of thoughtful touches. We would stay again!
