The staff was so bad to my family I will never go to this hotel ever again I recently was here two weeks ago and the staff didn’t know how to do their job. The rooms were clean but this was the worst staff I have ever seen. Not to mention racist.

- JSJ SOct 6, 20255.0Huge shout out to the front desk angel. I believe her name was Maddison, according to my follow-up email from the 3rd party sight an hour or two after arrival. I booked through a third party, and their payment method was declining due to an uncovered tax. I even offered to cover that tax to avoid jumping through hoops. Maddison wasn't having it. She booked my room and told me to go enjoy the room while it gets figured out. I would've otherwise likely had to wait a minimum of an hour for the third party customer service to get things resolved. She was a gem. I was so exhausted from driving, and her prioritizing getting us in our room was such a blessing! Thank you for going above and beyond. The room was exceptional, and everything you could need was in walking distance because of the perfect location. Thank you for an incredible experience and your kindness, even though I probably looked like I just fell out of a thrift store pajama bin.
