This is honestly the worst Hampton I have ever stayed in. The staff were very kind, but the hotel itself was literally equivalent to a poorly run motel. The hallway carpets are filthy and sticky. We had two rooms since there were 4 of us, one of the rooms smelled like wet dog and the other had a horrible musty smell. The ice machine outside the room on the third floor was so incredibly loud and constantly running. The one accessible room that we needed had a huge bathroom but not a walk in or roll in shower which almost defeats the purpose of that room. The non accessible room we got had the walk in shower. Go figure.
I just wanted to feel rested before continuing on our very long road trip and instead had an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience at a hotel I usually find quite enjoyable. Very disappointing.

Zero stars if I could.
This Hampton Inn stay was unsafe, unclean, and completely unprofessional.
Someone unlocked and walked into our room at 2:05 a.m. while my husband, my 12-year-old son, and I were sleeping. The front desk acted like it wasn’t a big deal.
Our room also had a hole in the ceiling, and the staff couldn’t explain it. I felt sick the entire trip and later discovered the vents were covered in dust and visible mold.
The billing was a mess too — unexplained charges, random refunds, and rude staff who couldn’t explain anything.
This stay was unacceptable on every level.
If I wanted this level of “quality,” I would’ve booked a Motel 6. We won’t be returning or recommending this property.

This whole hotel is filthy. The room was poorly cleaned. The carpets, walls, floors, ice machine, coffee, elevator, everything is dirty. Go somewhere else.
Edit* And to respond to the business comment about in renovation. There was nothing obviously being renovated. Does renovation mean the building stops getting cleaned ? What a hand wave type of response.

Worst hotel experience ever! So filthy, room smelled so strong of pet urine. Dog kibble and hair everywhere, dead bugs and crumbs on the carpet. Wanted to immediately leave, but room was locked in due to nearby baseball tournament and was nothing we could do to change. Housekeeping skipped our room the following day, even though we were gone from 6:30a to 3p and didn’t refresh or clean, which was just insult to injury. Staff was polite but offered no solutions other than to complain to corporate. Any 5-star ratings on here must be fake. Don’t even consider staying here.

First let me say that the front desk employee was super sweet and tried to help. However, this hotel was terrible!!! Filthy. I understand it is about to be Renovated, so I guess they have given up until then. The elevator was nasty, had not been swelled much less mopped and wiped down. The carpet to our room was the same, trash all of the floor and stained spots everywhere. The ceiling had large mold spots from leaks. Upon opening the door to room 311, the smell of urine was so bad it made me sick. We had picked up dinner on the way in and ended up throwing it away, we lost our desire to eat .
Ended up leaving at staying at a different hotel. We are supposed to get a refund but that hasn’t shown up yet.
