- CCCat CapraOct 25, 20252.0This hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which I totally understand. However, I did not realize that it would be happening so late into the evening. When walking in the entire first floor is covered in dust and there are people working on every square inch. All of the hanging clothes that I brought with me for a meeting, we were covered in dust before I got to my room. There are no drinks available for purchase or vending machines, so get water or something before you stay. In my room, it was freshly renovated, but missing some of the normal features like a blow dryer, iron/steamer, etc. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff had to deal with the microwave after I left. I put food in it in the morning to heat up and the microwave would not open. The button didn’t work and we couldn’t pry it open. My pancakes may still be in there. 🤷♀️

We reserved and paid for a Kingsuite but they put us in a double and we we're basically told we'll we're doing renovations and you booked through a 3rd party so there's nothing we can do. I definitely will never return.

The light on my nightstand which had an outlet in it did not work, the lamp shades were crooked and broke, the tub did not drain and you could only use the channel up button on the TV clicker. We only stayed one night so not that big a deal, but for those staying longer, I could see it being an inconvenience. Restaurants and stores were close by, so that was a plus. Breakfast selection was also pretty good.
