Lisa at the front desk said she couldn’t make the change but she would cancel the current reservation and I could just rebook the new date, I asked if it would be a charge she said no. We hung up and instantly I received a charge to my credit card. When I called back, she said she was mistaken that she couldn’t cancel my room without a charge. I said I’ll just take my room then I’ll come, she said to rebook the room now would be five times as much as what I had just canceled a minute before. None of this was necessary.
