    Terrible service. The receptionist responds with arrogance and makes rude faces at customers at the front desk.

    We came for a wedding, with a very tight schedule for the weekend, I'm trying to provide an honest yet respectful review, The woman at the front desk was kind, but.. the issues we had were; - We booked room advertised with a fireplace, never got that. No big, but we did not receive what we paid for. - The first room we received had someone else bodily hair in the bed, we did get switched. I have pictures. - House keeping was on the phone talking negatively about us to the front desk after the switch, she was outside staring us down while we unloaded for the second time. We wanted to leave but we had a rehearsal dinner to get to. - There was a pre-used roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. That's just a health concern. - The side door to enter the building did not lock, anyone could walk in an out. I made a video. - The bathroom tiles are uneven and popping up making that unsafe. Only 2 towels for 3 days? - There is a 0% chance of us getting breakfast here since they can't even clean a room correctly. - I can't figure out why I have the charges on my credit card that I do, hopefully we can have it settled amicably. - The temperature in the room won't go above 70, again, not the biggest deal but while we're here. - The king size bed was comfortable enough. I guess that would be my best takeaway. I'm hoping I can get refunded on this journey since we have since booked another hotel for the remainder of our stay. We booked 3 night We're leaving after 1.

    This place has been so far great and I’m loving my stay I feel safe and it’s quiet I work from home so it’s needed only thing I hate is the doors but otherwise luv it the ladies at the front desk are always so kind I called to have my room cleaned once a week they came today same day I called the cleaning ladies were so kind and so happy they were women great job you guys keeping the grounds and the area very clean it was a good review I paid every 2 wks came several times to front I paid ask both ladies was payment good both yes ms Shelia stated I would owe 94 but can pay during check now I’m put out my room and have to leave smh

    This is the dirtiest, dingiest room I had ever stayed in. If I could hop on the bus to book another room I would have, but I was with a group & couldn't move. I would NOT recommend.

    I arrived at this location around 8:00 PM and went to the front desk to check in. There was no one there and other guests began to show up as well. It was about 15 minutes before an agent arrived at the desk to check me in. I was told that the room key system was down and they couldn't issue me a physical card, so I asked about using a digital key. They said that should work, and I proceeded to my room. When I got to the external door of my building, the digital key didn't let me in. I called the front desk, and the agent came to let me in the building. I had to explain to him that I also needed to be let into my room since my digital key was not working, so he went with me and let me into my room. I asked how long it was going to take to get my digital key. He said it should be fixed by Monday. (It's Saturday evening.) I told him this was unacceptable and that they can't charge me for a room that they can't provide a key for. I shouldn't have to have someone from the front desk come and let me in my room every time I need to come and go. I ended up calling Hilton Guest Services, and long story short, I spoke with a very nice lady who offered to move me to another property. I was on the phone with her for about an hour, but she handled everything from creating a case around my experience to helping me get checked out of the first property, to setting up the new reservation, to calling the second property to let them know I was coming, just an overall great experience there. I'm now settled into the new property. The agent at this property said he was the only one working that night, which is crazy. As I was leaving, there were several Cobb County Police vehicles in the parking lot as well. I do not recommend staying here.
