Rooms are disgusting. Stains literally everywhere you go. Felt like I got dirtier after a shower. Zero king beds. This place needs a FULL remodel or just start over with a new one.

The roller shade does not work. The mattresses seem older. Definitely not a four-star hotel. Barely a three-star hotel.

I’m a longtime Hilton Honors member and stay almost exclusively at Hilton properties. I want to be very clear about why I left early: I found two roaches in my room. Beyond the pest issue, the condition of this hotel is unacceptable for a Hilton-branded property. Fixtures were literally falling apart. Soap and shampoo dispensers were just haphazardly placed on the counter. The elevator buttons were taped onto the panel. The main roadside sign was burned out when I arrived, which made the property difficult to even locate at night. The room itself showed obvious signs of aging: stains on the carpets and walls, and hair in the bed that was absolutely not mine (I stayed alone). Wi-Fi speeds were dreadfully slow, and while poor Verizon cell service in the building isn’t the hotel’s fault, it made the unusable internet even more frustrating. The only bright spot was the staff. The front desk employees were fantastic: kind, professional, and clearly doing their best. Unfortunately, good people can’t compensate for a property that is in this level of disrepair. I checked out early and had to escalate the situation to Hilton Customer Service. This hotel simply does not meet Hilton standards and is in desperate need of serious investment, maintenance, and oversight. The staff and guests both deserve better.

I'd probably say 3.5 stars. Hotel is older. Room was clean and staff was very friendly. Has free breakfast. Has a very small fitness rooms with sporadic dumbbells up to 50 lbs.

The gentleman that checked me in and help me with my room was super accommodating. I stay in a Hilton property almost every week. The hotel itself is very outdated, definitely not of Hilton quality. The bed felt like the one at your grandma's from the 80's, stiff, makes noise when you roll over and stains on the side🤢. When the heat cuts on in the room, it sounds like a single engine airplane. There's a loud machinery noise in the hallway that is piercing to the ear walking down the hallway.
