We were tired and pulled into the Hampton Inn in Adele.Georgia. Amber at the front desk at eight p m was very efficient, and had a great personality and very inviting . Room was beautiful very clean, water pressure was great.Water was nice and hot, as well as a nice cool room. At 5 AM.Woke up to have some hot coffee.Whereas luck would have it, I spilled it in Katrina.The night manager cleaned my mess right away. Also Diane had breakfast looking great and suggested a to go bag for our trip! Fantastic hotel and Staff!!! Thank you ladies!!! Hilton is lucky ti have employees like you.

However, the sofa in the room was spoiled and had a very large yellow stain on it. I didn't notice it until the morning as I put my suitcase on it. I reported it to the front desk and was told I would be hear back from the manager as she was in a meeting. Needless to say, there was no follow up.

Upon arrival, I noticed a mold/musty smell in my room. The night shift front desk lady tried to Febreeze the room but it was no use. The hotel was booked solid so I had to deal with it. I woke up with a headache and feeling sick. After speaking with the manager the next day, all I got was a lackadaisical sorry and we will remodel next year, we hope you come back.
