Half way thru the long haul from vacation in Florida back home and this hotel was our wonderful oasis. The rooms are so clean and welcoming. The entire property is well kept. Tucked off the highway, so no loud road noises. The price was fantastic. I honestly couldn't believe how nice the room was for how affordable it was. Will mark this hotel for future stays!!!

This was a very bizarre experience. The biggest issue was that when we got to our room and tried to use our digital key, we found the deadbolt engaged. I brought this up the the attendant and she stated that the cleaning person likes to leave the doors open. Seriously? This is a gigantic security issue!!!!! Anyone could have been in our room when we arrived, or any other unoccupied room for that matter. I'd never stay here again just for this fact.
Our room smelled bad, the hvac didn't work well, worst of all, our room was infested with what appeared to be lady bugs.
Honestly, if I wasn't so tired from a 10 hour drive, I would have asked for a refund and stayed anywhere else.
Very, very disappointing for a Hampton Inn!
One positive note, the evening attendant was very kind and went out of her way to be helpful.

Customer service was above and beyond excellent. Very comfortable beds. Especially if you're tired and you had a long day.
