Driving from Southern IL to FL we stopped here to stay a night. Clean room, good bed, the staff that checked us in was very kind and polite. No complaints on our 1 night stay. Great place to sleep while on the road.

Great room and location. The cookies in the lobby were awesome.
I stayed one night. Checked out around 6am. Called back around 11am after realizing I need to stay 2 more nights. You'd think I could just get the same room back with no delay. That wasn't the case.. I was told the room wasn't ready and I'd have to wait until 3pm. I'm really exhausted and just need to lay down.
I get it.. but sometimes making a concession or at least trying for your members would be great.
I did see the front desk lady's kids laying around in the lobby the night before. So concessions are being made.. just not for paying guests.
The front desk lady was very nice, BTW, so nothing against her. But it would've been nice to at least felt like they'd "try".
Anyways.. going to Comfort Inn where I can check in early. I'm am consultant that will be in the area for the rest of the year, so service is important since I travel a lot.
